Advice on organizing a girl鈥檚 junior sand volleyball club/program?

We are in the process of evaluating the potential to set up a sand volleyball program/club for girls 15 to 18 years old in the northeast US. The program would provide training in doubles sand volleyball possibly 2 sessions per week for 2 hours each session. About 10 weeks. Program would take place May through August. The goals of the organization would be to:

鈥?Grow the popularity and opportunities for sand volleyball in the Northeast

鈥?Provide girls with experience in playing competitive doubles sand volleyball

鈥?Provide year round volleyball opportunities for junior girls

鈥?Provide opportunities for skill development/conditioning for players in support of local high school varsity indoor programs

鈥?Develop players to play competitively in regional and national USA Junior Beach Tour and AVP Next tournaments

Can please provide advice on the steps and key consideration required to organize a sand volleyball program. Especially any information regarding legal, financial, recruiting, facilities, equipment, coaching and other details required for developing a program.

Initially the program would start small. About 8 -12 players. We are limited by our facility. We have access to 1 sand court.Advice on organizing a girl鈥檚 junior sand volleyball club/program?
You may want to look on the USA volleyball web site, there is a national junior level outdoors program already starting around the country...
