Yes, it is possible. Would I do it? No. It is uncomfortable and they always end up getting in the way if things get heated up to any degree..lol Just take them off and you will be just fine.
if a girl likes you and you wear glasses than she would probably expect you to wear them while you kiss. now if you are getting real down and dirty kiss, you may want to take them off so they won't fall off.
Do it any way you want......just don't be so uptight about it. It'll be fine. Take them off if you think they'll get in the way. HEY, you figured out where the noses go, you'll figure this one out as well. Good luck!!!

If she has glasses too it might be a little difficult at first but you will get use to it. If she doesn't don't worry about it and just be natural.
