Advice on asking a girl out?

I know this girl from the dog park. I see her almost everyday and she had 4 big exams over the past couple of months. She is getting done with the final exam today. She is not working now. I'm thinking of asking her for lunch tomorrow. She said she might be going to the beach tomorrow. Should I ask her what her day looks like on Tuesday? If she says she is going to the beach, Can I say '; I would like you to join me for brunch tomorrow, and then you can go to the beach';. Is there a better way to say that. She is leaving town for a week on wednesday. If her answer is positive then can I say ';let's exchange numbers now and I'll pick you up at around 11';. Please let me know.


Second question is that, I know where she is going to celebrate. She is going with her girlfriend to a restaurant. Can I call the restaurant and send a bottle of wine to her with a note like ';congrats smarty pants. drink responsibly _______'; and the space filled with my dogs name. I want it to be nice and funny too. Please let me know any other ideas too. Thanks in advance for the answers.Advice on asking a girl out?
Answer to question number 1: Say, ';too bad, i was going to invite you for lunch today but you're busy.'; instead of, ';how about joining me for brunch then go to the beach.'; because i'm a girl and it's kinda stupid to suggest something after someone says that they're busy already.





Answer to question 2: Instead of just sending a bottle of wine, why not send over a bouquet of roses too? the note i have no ideas for itAdvice on asking a girl out?
Why don't you ask her to have a meal w/ you and let her decide when, but have her decide then and there, u don't wanna wait for her to call. Afterward you can exchange phone numbers too. If you think she likes you (or at least doesn't find you annoying) then send that wine. What how she acts when she talks to you, watch out for good and bad signs.
