um sorry you have to ask if they are dating cause how else will you find out. I think the best way to do it is to be a gentleman. and women love flattery. just come up to a woman correct like you would want a man to approach your mom. smile, dont be to forcefull but speak whats on your mind. but women love flaterry. and if she is dating someone and she knows you are hitting on her then she will let you know.
tell her friend to tell her she is hott. ... I hated the approach from the guy that did that to me, but somehow it worked and we've been married now for almost 2 years.
Ok hun, first things first take her out somewhere. A movie if you dont want to talk as much and maybe icecream,coffee, lazer tag or something else if you want some boding time. Get to know her better! So then you know if you like her for serious and get an idea of wether she likes you or not. Then after 2 dates go with the kiss.If shes single SHE WILL KISS YOU lol. SO bam shes single
1.) NEVER use sarcasm! 'cause i know a million girls who find that EXTREMELY unnatractive 2.) tell her that you want to talk some more and ask for her number 3.) girls love it when you relate to them (example: music, movies, etc.) but dont talk too much because well.... we flat out don't like it and we'd rather have you listen to us! 4.) when she does actually TRY and listen! even though it may seem difficult! 5.) NEVER EVER talk about other girls or your ex's!!!!!!!
I've heard people on TV say: 'does your husband like your job or-----------?. then she'll say: 'I'm not married'. voila. you know now.





or you could say: 'did you lose your wedding ring?'or 'i notice you're not wearing your wedding ring.'





you must start off slowly with maybe a date for coffee or maybe for hamburgers. the next date (if that goes well). ask her for dinner and a romantic girlie movie. whatever you do, be sure she has lots of fun!





if that goes OK, then ask her to go to dinner and dancing or maybe go to a comedy club.





you must understand that all humans like different things and some hate certain things (religious reasons or ????), so it's best to ask her what activities she enjoys.
Just ask. Be confident. Be funny. But women are really turned off when guys try too hard. Just be yourself. If she says no, it wasn't meant to be. I swear, some guys just over think things!
The best way is to just ask. You don't want to assume and be wrong.
As for seeing if shes single, try a simple conversation, by mentioning your lack of love life lately and asking her about hers.

Find out what music she likes, then mention a song by one


of her favorite bands and tell her it reminds you of her.


Complementing is good, but don't overdo it. lol.


By telling her that her hair looks nice, or she has beautiful eyes.


Or that you like the color shes wearing that day.
get her anything expensive..that's how to buy her...otherwise act natural...sucks that she doesn't know that a guy that stalks her is asking how to treat her from random strangers from the internet : )..so my answer is to not follow anything that people post here
Day one: just walk up to her and see whats going on and see what her reaction is. If it is good then go to day two.





Day two: Don't talk to her but talk to her friends and see if she likes you or wants to get to know you.





Day three:hang out with her talk to her see what she likes and doesnt like. just get to know her. and if everything is going good then keep doing it for a week or soo. and it starts going good, ask her on a date.

just be yourself and ask her out girls love honesty and straightforwardness just be natural ASK HEER!
If you're ugly then stand behind her and give her some cash while you ask her out.
the single thing, ask her friends. duhh! lol. and asking her out, do it randomely like go to a park and swing on the swings and then ask her. that would be really cute.

Riiiiight im good at this kind of thing haha. Just dont do any of those games or can you guess who it is? Its stupid and tacky. You just go straight out and say it. NOT by text NOT on msn. not anywhere where she cant see you. Just make it nice and genuine. Like you actually care. If you get it really soppy and heart felt it'll look like you've got it from a book or something
just see if they have any stress or not. simple

I used to be very shy talking to girls that interest me. I figured that the best way to get over it is to practice. Try asking out to movies or anything else girls that you dont really like and you dont care so much about.

No cheap pickup lines. Ask her if she would like to meet you for coffee or if she's a little more wild than that just a drink. If she says she's spoken for say your sorry and to keep ya' in mind if she becomes single. Be a little outgoing, maybe she's too shy to ask you!
well a way to win her heart would be to just ask her out face to face cuz you'll look like a wimp any other way and i don't think there is a way to find out if she's going out with someone without here knowing en less you stalk her ...which i don't recommend ...that's creepy
